YewTee Point is proud to have achieved the prestigious Green Mark Platinum (Provisional) Award, certified by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under the Green Mark 2021 (GM: 2021) criteria.

This recognition highlights the building’s exceptional commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.

Since 2023, YewTee Point has made addressing climate change a priority and have started preparations to reduce greenhouse gas emission through design and implementation of new technologies.

This includes a Net Zero Transition Plan with approach and actions to becoming a Net Zero Energy Transmission building by 2030.

YewTee Point aligns with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and is progressing towards becoming a Net Zero Energy Transmission building by 2030.
