YewTee Point Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of $5 and $10 and can be used at participating outlets within YewTee Point.

  • Terms & Conditions:
  • The value of the voucher is in Singapore currency.
  • Voucher is only valid and redeemable at participating retail and F&B outlets in YewTee Point.
  • Voucher is not valid for use at the money-changer, top-up card machines or any form of top-ups, transactions in relation to car parking, purchases of cash cards/ gift vouchers/ memberships/ insurance and payment of bills at participating outlets, and purchases from atrium fairs and/or pushcarts, unless otherwise stated.
  • Multiple vouchers may be combined for use in a single purchase.
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, and no change will be given for purchase amount below the voucher value.
  • Voucher is not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired and/or void. Voucher will not be accepted if damaged, defaced, expired and/or voided.
  • Voucher is strictly valid up to the expiry date as stated herein and will become void and unenforceable at the expiry of its validity period. No extension will be entertained.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to this voucher.
  • The management reserves all rights to amend or withdraw participating outlets without prior notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management is final and no further correspondences will be entertained.

YTP Rewards - Frequently Asked Questions

YTP Rewards Programme is a loyalty programme by YewTee Point, where shoppers can turn their shopping into rewards at YewTee Point. Members can submit their eligible receipts to earn YTPoints, which can be accumulated to redeem gift vouchers, products and more.
The programme is open to Singapore Residents, aged 16 years and above, with a valid Singapore-registered mobile number.
Shoppers can sign up via any of these channels:
  • YTP Rewards mobile app (Available in App Store and Googleplay)
  • Customer Service Counters at YewTee Point.
The mandatory information required are Name, Mobile Number, Birthdate, Postal Code and Email Address for registration via the mobile app or at the Customer Service Counter.
No, membership is not transferable.
Each member should only hold 1 membership account at any time.
No, YTP Rewards membership is a one-time registration for lifetime.
However, membership is subject to termination or suspension should there be any suspicious or fraudulent activities found in account.
As a valued member, you get to enjoy instant rewards such as:

  • Shop at any participating outlets at YewTee Point.
  • Snap an image of the receipt and upload it on YTP Rewards mobile app/submit the receipt to our Customer Service Counter.
  • Ensure that receipt has a minimum purchase of $10, and is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Eligible receipts will receive YTPoints immediately for receipts submitted via the Customer Service Counter or within 5 working days for receipts submitted via the app.
Yes, each receipt submitted should have a minimum spend of $10 nett.

All receipts must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase via the YTP Rewards mobile app or at the Customer Service Counter.  Receipts submitted after this period will be declined.
You can submit as many receipts in a day as long as they are receipts from purchases made by you, capped at:
  • 3 same store purchases within the same day.
  • Maximum 1,000 YTPoints a day.
Receipts can be submitted via YTP Rewards Mobile App or at the Customer Service Counter (10am – 9:30pm). We advise you to retain your original receipts until your receipt is approved if further verifications are needed.
If receipts are uploaded via YTP Rewards mobile app, it will be processed within 5 working days from submission and points will be reflected in your account summary immediately upon approval. Points are awarded immediately for receipts submitted at the Customer Service Counter.
Each member can earn up to a maximum of 1,000 YTPoints a day, inclusive of bonus points.
You will receive 1 YTPoint for every S$1 spent (rounded down to the nearest dollar). For supermarket purchases, every $5 spent earns 1 YTPoint. There is a maximum cap of 1,000 YTPoint that you can earn in a single day. YTPoint are accorded based on the nett purchase amount.

Reward items include YewTee Point Gift Voucher, tenant products, vouchers and other rewards, available while stocks last.
All points earned in a calendar year will expire on 31 March of the following year. We may from time to time, amend the validity period of the points and the points not redeemed by the expiry date shall automatically expire.
Receipts that are not accepted for awarding of YTPoints includes:
  • Money changer.
  • NETS / Credit / Debit Cards transaction slips.
  • Pushcarts/ Kiosks/ Pop-Up Units/ Atrium/ Temporary promotional spaces vendor.
  • AXS / SAM payments.
  • Purchases made with Cashcard / Stored Value Cards / Vouchers / Pre-paid Cards, offset or redemption of points.
  • Purchase of Lottery tickets.
  • Purchases made with vouchers (Mall vouchers / Tenant vouchers)
You can view your YTPoints balance via the YTP Rewards Mobile Application or visit the Customer Service Counter at Level 1, open daily from 10am to 10pm.
This usually happens when receipts scanned:
  • are not from participating retailers in YewTee Point.
  • have missing information or conflicting information such as Mall Name, Shop Name or Unit Number etc.
  • do not have transaction date or time.
  • do not have receipt or transaction numbers.
  • do not state the total purchase amount are incomplete or cut off.
No, receipts submitted must be from the join date of the programme.
Redemption of rewards is currently only available at YewTee Point Customer Service Counter at Level 1, daily between 10:30am – 9:30pm.
Members can redeem for YewTee Point Gift Voucher and other rewards launch periodically in the mobile app. Some of the rewards available includes:
  • 1,000 YTPoints: $5 YewTee Point Gift Vouchers.
  • 1,900 YTPoints: $10 YewTee Point Gift Vouchers.

YTP Rewards mobile app is supported on the following platforms:
  • iPhone or iPad with iOS 9.0 and above.
  • Android device with Android 4.5 and above.
  • Click on “New here? Sign up Now” option in the login screen. You will be directed to fill up your particulars. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully signed up for the programme.
  • Use a registered Singapore mobile number as your Login ID together with the password you created for future logins.
You can click on “Forgot Password” option in the login screen and follow through the instructions to reset your password.
Yes, the app is available in all countries but registration is limited to Singapore-registered mobile numbers.
The mobile app enables all members to access account information, earn YTPoints, redeem vouchers and rewards. Purchases are converted to points when receipts scanned / uploaded through our touchpoints are approved.
  • You can view the status of your receipt(s) submission from “My Account” page by clicking on the top right logo on the screen.
  • Click on “Transaction history” and you may view the following: Receipts: View all the receipts submitted (Pending and Rejected) here.
  • Points: All approved receipt submissions will reflect the corresponding points awarded here.
Your member information and contact details are used solely for administrative and marketing purposes associated with the YTP Rewards Programme. These may include but not limited to sending you updates on sales, promotions and membership information.
